Welcome to the National Pike District!
We are here to support the Scouts and Scouters in the district, which is comprised of all of Howard and southwest Baltimore Counties in Maryland. National Pike is one of the 6 Districts that make up the Baltimore Area Council of Scouting America, which serves Baltimore City and the 5 surrounding counties of central Maryland.
In the National Pike District, we serve 2,800 boys and girls who are supported by nearly 1,500 registered adult volunteers. Our district hosts 86 scouting units, including Cub Scout Packs, Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, Sea Scout Ships, and Explorer Posts. The District Order of the Arrow Chapter, one of the largest in Nentico Lodge, is scouting’s honor society. Join a Scouting America unit near you today!
