| 5 | DSP 301 – Putting Together a Winning Team | This course will examine a number of reliable tools and techniques for managing a team of adult volunteers, whether they are running a Cub Scout field day event, a functional committee, or the District Committee as a whole. | 6 | DSP 307 – Planning District Events | A deeper look at the factors to consider when planning and executing district events. This course will help the District volunteer staff to organize and prepare for a year’s worth of Cub Scout and Scouts BSA events such as Klondike Derbies, Camporees, Webelos Woods and Merit Badge Madness.
