Fort McHenry District Commissioner Corps

The Fort McHenry District Commissioner Corps is led by District Commissioner Matt Herman. The Commissioner Corps is led by the District Commissioner and Administrative Commissioners. The role of the Commissioner Corps is to support each unit by coaching and consulting with unit leaders, providing a connection between the units and the district.

Each unit in the district has a designated member of the Commissioner Corps as their designated Unit Commissioner. The units can use these Commissioners as a resource to help ensure the unit meets its goals and implements the Scouting program to serve the youth of Baltimore City.
