District Boundary Adjustments

The Baltimore Area Council has made a decision to retire the Arrowhead District and reassign units in the District into adjoining Districts, effective January 1, 2025. This difficult decision has been made after thoughtful consideration of the best way to continue supporting all of you and the scouts, parents, and unit leaders across Arrowhead and adjoining Districts.

Realignment criteria:

Carroll – Arrowhead units north of Liberty Rd/outside beltway – https://baltimorescouting.org/carroll-district-bsa/
National Pike – Arrowhead units south of Liberty Rd/outside beltway – https://baltimorescouting.org/nationalpike/
Fort McHenry – Arrowhead units inside beltway – https://baltimorescouting.org/fortmchenry/
