This change simplifies tracking JTE data, making it easier and faster for units to submit their information. Here’s everything you need to know about accessing and completing the form.
What’s New with Journey to Excellence (JTE)?
In the past, JTE data was collected on paper and logged into spreadsheets at our council headquarters. This year, we’re moving the process online! Now, you can quickly and easily submit your unit’s JTE data through a Microsoft form, saving time and reducing paperwork.
How to Access the Online JTE Form
Visit the Renewal Resource Page
Go to BaltimoreScouting.org/Renewal and navigate to the unit renewal section.Find the Links for JTE Submission
- First Link: This link opens the online JTE form where you’ll enter your unit’s data.
- Second Link: If you’d like to review the entire rubric and questions before starting, the 2024 JTE Tracking Sheet link allows you to see all the questions in advance.
Enter Your Invitation Code
Each unit’s committee chair should have received an email with a unique invitation code and the link to the form. If you haven’t received this, don’t worry—reach out to your district commissioner or district executive for assistance.
